"I just wanted to know if my Doctor called in a lab order, could not get a real person on the phone."

"I am the caregiver for a lady. She has limited mobility. We just wanted to DROP OFF a specimen for lab services. We had to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to drop off. Wth. Anyone could have just taken the specimen. The professionalism shown here was deplorable. The employees we short and curt in nature. Borderline rude. I see NO reason to sit around for an hour just to DROP OFF. Everything was on the container that they required. Someone needs to come in and reception this place on Saturday. It's only 4 flipping hours. I would NOT recommend this for anything QUICK."

"Always a great experience, and today was no different. I am one of those patient that is always a hard draw - Jessica and the rest of the staff always gets it on the first poke. I appreciate the professionalism and the experience of this lab. Also, making an appointment here and checking in via the internet makes things go so much more smoothly."

"I have never had such a bad experience from a lab. I was there for fasting labs & they couldn’t find them from the doctor that sent me. She had also written a paper for a mammogram & I didn’t have that last week but they didn’t need it. Today for bloodwork they had to have the paper. So I drove home & back, texted I was there twice with no response. When they came to get the woman after me I asked if they were going to be able to take me & she responded” I don’t know. Wait & see.” Customer Service was no where to be found from beginning to end I was treated rudely. I would not go back to that lab. One of the girls’ names was Elizabeth & Vicky was in charge. They both need to go back to school on how patients should be handled. For reference I am a retired RN."

"Although this location is difficult to find, The service here is one of the best I have experienced in comparison to other local labs. The service is quick, and and the lab technicians are friendly and accurate with their needles. The entire office has been maintained and clean every time I have visited. I have found that it is best to enter from the west side doors that are marked with signs directing you to the lab entrence. Also do not confuse this lab with the building next door marked "Quest Imaging" As I had done the first time I visited."
